    Build on our self-hosted n8n. Source-controlled, with credentials managed cleanly and monitoring wired from day one. Pilot runs against real data with sign-off before it goes live.

    Cut the workflow over with explicit rollback. Train the team members who will operate alongside it. Documentation and runbook handed off.

Questions we hear most.

Do you build customer-facing chatbots?

No — our practice is internal-operations automation. The work is in moving repetitive staff time onto orchestrated workflows, integrating your CRM with the rest of your stack, and building AI-assisted internal tooling. If a customer-facing chatbot is genuinely the right answer for a problem you're solving, we'll point you to a firm that specializes in it.

What's n8n, and why do you use it?

n8n is an open-source workflow orchestrator — the connective tissue between your CRM, your email, your forms, your documents, and any AI calls you want to make. We run our own instance, so the workflows we build for you sit on infrastructure we operate and understand. Source-controlled, monitored, rollback-able.

Can you integrate with our existing CRM?

HubSpot and GoHighLevel are our lead integration platforms, with capability across other systems via n8n's integration library and custom HTTP nodes. We don't ask you to migrate CRMs to work with us — we meet you on the platform you've already chosen.

Will this scale beyond our team?

The workflows we build are documented, source-controlled, and handed off with a runbook. If you grow the team or change vendors, the automation goes with you. We don't architect dependency on us — that's not the consulting-firm posture.

What about AI and data privacy?

We architect for least-privilege access, source-controlled workflows, and explicit audit trails. AI calls go through API providers we vet; we don't pipe regulated data into consumer AI services. Human-in-the-loop checkpoints are explicit wherever the work touches regulated content or external commitments.
