What we collect, what we do not, and what we keep.

Contact form. We receive your name, email, the reason you are reaching out, and your message. If you choose to, you can also give us your phone number, organization, organization type, and the services you are interested in. We use this to reply to you and, if a project follows, to keep a record of the inquiry. We use your phone number only to contact you about your inquiry. We do not send text messages to contact-form submitters.

Marketing updates. We add you to our email updates only if you check the “Send me occasional updates” box on the contact form or sign up for our newsletter. Every update includes a link to unsubscribe.

SEO report orders. When you order a report we receive your name, email, organization, the website you want reviewed, and any notes you add. Payment is handled through a secure checkout link from our payment processor. We never receive or store your card details.

Spam protection. Our forms use a bot-protection service to tell people from bots, which checks signals from your browser and device. With each submission we keep a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser’s user agent, so we can limit repeat spam without storing the IP itself. The notification we receive about a new inquiry includes your IP address and the approximate location (city and region) it indicates.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: pages visited, referring sites, device and browser type, approximate location, and how visitors scroll and click. Clarity also records anonymized session replays and heatmaps so we can find and fix confusing pages. We use this information in aggregate to improve the site, not to identify you.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, timestamp. These are used for abuse prevention and operational debugging and roll off the provider’s standard retention window (typically 30 days).

Retention. Form submissions and orders are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep them longer for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
