Level Access — third-party accessibility verification.

Nessim Works is a Verified Partner in the Level Access Partner Program. We deliver the remediation; Level Access closes the conformance loop with an independent third-party audit and a signed attestation that the work meets the standard claimed.

The partnership

What it means in practice.

Level Access is one of the most established names in digital accessibility — independent third-party auditing, training, and verification for organizations operating under ADA Title II / Title III, Section 508, WCAG, and EN 301 549. Federal, state, healthcare, financial, education, and Fortune-class buyers.

Most boutique accessibility shops are either implementers OR verifiers — rarely both. Our partnership with Level Access closes that gap. We do the implementation work; Level Access verifies it. The buyer gets a signed third-party conformance attestation without managing two procurement relationships.

For public agencies, healthcare practices, and any buyer where the accessibility work has to pass legal scrutiny (the DOJ ADA Title II rule, Section 504/1557, state-level accessibility statutes, EN 301 549 for European work), independent third-party verification is the credibility step that turns “we did accessibility work” into “an independent auditor confirmed the work passes the standard.”

How it shapes how we work

Verification is built into every engagement.

  • Phased delivery modelEvery accessibility engagement is structured so the verification phase is explicit, scoped, and time-budgeted. Level Access verification runs at a cadence of roughly two weeks per batch of 10–15 findings; we build that into project timelines up front, not as an asterisk.
  • VPAT 2.5 defaultWe deliver VPATs at the current spec (incorporates WCAG 2.2). Level Access verification confirms the conformance claims before they are signed.
  • Statement of conformanceThe signed conformance statement is verified by Level Access — not self-attested. The signed statement, the VPAT, and the remediation evidence travel together for RFP submissions, audit responses, and procurement disclosures.
  • Continuous complianceFor clients who ship constantly, the partnership extends into quarterly re-audits and continuous-monitoring overlays so accessibility doesn’t drift between releases.
Active training

Our team in the Level Access Academy.

Our delivery team maintains active continuing education through the Level Access Academy, including the Verified Partner learning path — the same curriculum used to credential Level Access’s own auditors. We also draw on LinkedIn Learning, Deque University, WebAIM, and The A11y Project for ongoing reference and supplementary training.

Continuing education is policy at Nessim Works — every team member who delivers accessibility work follows a defined training path. The credentials and verified course completions feed the public-facing credential surface on our Accessibility & Compliance service page.
